SURFACE AND UNDERGROUND DRILL RIGS
The well proven ONRAM 1000 diamond core drill has been in operation since 1983. Our sister company in Sweden, Hagby Bruk is now proud to introduce a modified version, ONRAM 1000/3 , with the introduction of 45/52 kW electric motor, a new model Vickers hydraulic pump, a volvo hydraulic motor with improved torque and starting capability, alternative rodholders with gripping range to 300 mm and a greatly simplified feed boom positioning bracket. The control panel has a new main operating valve incorporating improved pressure compensation features.
The safety features introduced in ONRAM 1000/2 have of course been retained: non rotating mantle over the chuck, oil spray proof cover plates on the control panel, etc.
All together a new safe, reliable and dependable exploration drill for surface and underground work.
The ONRAM 500 is a new medium sized core drill in the ONRAM family. It is mainly intended for underground exploration drilling with 46 mm and 56 mm or A and B size coring equipment. Maximum diameter through the drive spindle is 62 mm.
The ONRAM 500 also incorporates the fully automatic rod running system already proven on the drills of the ONRAM series.
Drilling depth capacity:
46 mm (or A) 500 m
56 mm (or B) 300 m
Depths are given as indications only without any guaranty whatsoever, but these figures could reasonably be expected in holes drilled vertical down in normal drilling conditions.
