Diamond Dies
Asahi stock a range of high quality natural and polycrystalline (PCD) Diamond Dies. These are used in drawing copper, steel wires and power cables.
Generally, natural diamond finishing dies are used for small diameter wire or precious metal wires, where as PCD dies are used for bigger diameter wire e.g. welding wire.
We also offer a range of high quality PCD Dies for water jet nozzles and wire guides for electrode discharging machines.
